Huskie Stadium at Northern Illinois University has a clear bag policy for anyone entering the stadium.
Clear Chevron Totes will be available for purchase outside the stadium at the Phan Shop trailer.
Please note that there are no refunds due to cancellation for weather or other circumstances outside of the control of NIU or Phantom Regiment.
